The mark consists of the overall shape of an incomplete shield with an outline surrounding it. In the top part of the shield is a stylized cityscape with seven vertical lines on either side where the lines decrease in height going from the inside to the outside. There is a shaded triangle above the cityscape pointing down. In the middle of the shield is the wording "THE BLOCK NEVER SLEEPS" in bold uppercase lettering on two lines and a border around the letters. The letter "O" in block is replaced with a torn hole with smoke rising from the hole. Across the bottom of the shield is a banner with angled ends with the wording "THE MILITANT MIND" inside in smaller uppercase lettering. The bottom part of the shield is partially shaded with a dotted line forming a curve and multiple short vertical lines. Above the word "THE" is a smaller shaded cityscape with the wording "DJ DES" in side in small uppercase lettering.
