The Concurrent User's Trade Mark Registration is No. 5304368 for the mark, "THÈRAQUA", for the following good in Class 10: hot aromatherapy-infused therapy wraps and packs for the body, for heat therapy purposes. The Applicant does not know the geographic area and the mode of use by the Concurrent User. However, the Applicant knows that the Concurrent User has claimed First Use and Use in Commerce since 15 March 2016.
