There are two blue arcs around the top of the mark, with the inner arc thicker than the outer arc. There are equally-spaced white spots throughout the thicker arc. There are two blue arcs curving upward from the bottom with the inner arc thicker than the outer arc. There are equally-spaced white spots throughout the thicker arc. Both sets of arcs begin on the left above and below the "MO" of "MOUNTAIN" and end on the right side, above and below the "IE" of "VIEW".
