The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress shoe design for which the following primary features are claimed: 1) a design of a "V" shaped notch that forms a portion of the midsole and outsole on either side of the shoe; 2.) a series of designs that consist of partial rectangles that protrude upward from both sides of the tongue of the shoe; 3) a curved toe cap featuring symmetrical ridges; 4.) triangular shapes on the outsole that face opposite directions and extend from the middle of the outsole to the front of the outsole; 5.) rectangular shapes on the bottom of the outsole that extend from the middle of the outsole to the rear of the outsole, tapering upwards at the end of rear of the outsole; and 6.) a design of curved material panels that form a portion of the exterior body of the shoe on either side.
