The mark consists of a larger diameter and a smaller diameter circle outlined in orange wherein said two circles are concentric; within the upper half of the area between the larger and the smaller concentric circles appear the words "X-DOMAIN AGILE RULES-BASED INFORMATION TRANSFER ORCHESTRATOR" in white lettering and between the lower half of the area between the larger and the smaller concentric circles appears the word "X-ARBITOR" in white lettering. The area encompassed by the smaller of the concentric circles has a blue background onto which appears a stylized shield emblem outlined in a blue and silver color, having stylized silver rivets along said outline; the area bounded by the stylized shield has a blue background on which appears a yellow, a red, and a green ray emanating from a bright white patch at the top of said shield downward to the bottom of said shield; across and overlapping said yellow, said red, and said green rays is a stylized blue and silver "X" partially outlined in white having ragged edges.
