The mark consists of the word "CARIBANA" in white with a green border that follows the contours of the wording. The wording is against a black background, with two incomplete globes outlined in white that feature the Western hemisphere in white on the left and the Eastern hemisphere in white on the right. Forming a circle around the inside of each globe is a series of white dashes. There are also two solid white circles in each hemisphere.
