The mark consists of a circle with a black band around the outer edge and the wording "IRON MEN" in gray along the top edge and "PLUMBERS ASSOCIATION" in gray along the bottom edge. There are two silver stars on each side - one in-between the words "MEN" and "ASSOCIATION" and the others between the wording "IRON" and "PLUMBERS". There outer edge of the black band is comprised of numerous silver ovals forming a chain around the whole circle. The inner edge of the black band consists of a thin silver line that fades to black on the left and right sides. This interior circle is yellow and has two thin silver lines - one vertical and the other cutting across the middle of the yellow circle horizontally so that the yellow circle is divided into four quadrants. In the top left quadrant is the word "STRENGTH" in black below a stylized silver anvil. In the top right quadrant is the word "PROTECTION" in black below a stylized silver shield. In the bottom right quadrant is the word "SOLIDARITY" above a design of a silver handshake. And in the bottom left quadrant is the word "MOVEMENT" above a design of a silver valve. Below the whole circle design is the wording "EST. 2016" in black. All of the silver designs in the mark are stylized such that they contain white shading. The mark is on a white background.
