Inside the silver circle is a portion of an American flag on the left, with a field of navy and silver stars and red and white stripes, and a portion of the Canadian flag, with a red and white background and a red maple leaf on the white background. Across the flags in the middle of the circle are the letters "IW" in silver with a navy blue outline around the letters.
