The mark consists of The letters "Lit" in a cursive font with a capitalized "L" and lowercase "i" and "t" immediately precedes the word "RING" all capitalized in block letters to form the phrase "LitRING". The letters in the word "RING" contain a thin, seemingly three-dimensional cut out of each letter within each block letter. A convex semicircle of seven books begins at the top of the "G" and ends at the bottom right corner of the "G". The books appear as if you are looking at the bottom end of the book, with the opening facing outward, and are compiled of a thick curved "U" that makes up the book cover and seven thinner lines with spaces in between each line are contained within the "U" that make up the pages of the books.
