The mark consists of A tennis shoe, with the toe portion in a downward position and heel in a lifted position as would appear during walking, with gum stretching between and attached to both the underside of the heel portion of the shoe and the ground indicating that the wearer of the shoe has stepped upon used gum, the shoe having three strips on its side. Adjacent to the right of the shoe is a circular symbol having an inner core portion and an outer ring. In the inner core portion the words "Gotcha Wrapper!" appear with an oval and star above the word "Gotcha," and in the outer ring the words "SAVING YOUR SOLES" appear in an upper portion of the outer ring and the words "ONE STICK AT A TIME" appear in the lower portion of the outer ring. Beneath the shoe and the circular symbol the wording "GUMGOTCHA" appear in font large enough to stretch across the horizontal extent of the design. Beneath the wording "GUMGOTCHA" the words "Gum Case with Wrapper Pocket- The Gum Litter Solution" appear, extending horizontally the same extent across the design as the wording "GUMGOTCHA".
