The mark consists of a solid square black background with rounded corners containing wording and designs. In the upper portion of the mark is a design of five fanned playing cards in white with illustrations of produce and card letters/numbers appearing on them, the cards depicting from left to right a purple onion with a black "A" at the top left, a red apple with a black "K" at the top left, an orange and green orange with a black "Q" at the top left, a yellow, green and black pineapple with a black "J" at the top left, and green peppers with a black "10" at the top left. In front of the cards are four cylindrical stacks representing stacks of poker chips in the colors green and white, red and white, orange and white and blue and white. One chip leans against the leftmost stack facing out and bears the wording "WESTLAKE PRODUCE COMPANY" in blue on its face atop a design of radiating lines that is yellow above the wording and green beneath. Beneath the cards and chips design are the words "ALL IN" in stylized blue font white outlining with two dots on either end in blue with white outlining. At the bottom of the mark is the wording "YOUR SURE BET IN PRODUCE" in white stylized font.
