The mark consists of the word THE and FLATS in all capital letters are on top of a partial circle with a flat turquoise line underneath the words, between the words and the partial circle. THE and FLATS are in gray letters outlined in white and with shadows. The word THE is in a smaller font than FLATS. The partial circle is outlined with a turquoise partial circle and inside that is a circle filled with white, outlined with a black shadow towards the bottom and right of the partial circle. Inside the white circle are the numbers 9, 3, and 5. The 9 is located on the left of the circle and the very top is cut off. To the right and down a bit is a slightly larger number 3, and then up and to the right is the number 5 with the top cut off. The numbers 9, 3, and 5 are in black with a light blue outline. The number 3 is slightly larger than the 9 and 5. Above the three in the middle of the circle but raised slightly is the "@" which is turquoise with a black shadow.
