The mark consists of four concentric circles. The outermost concentric circle is shaded in black. The third outermost concentric circle has a black outline and a green shaded interior. The innermost concentric circle has a black outline and a white shaded interior. In the interior of the third outermost and innermost concentric circles appears six overlapping circles formed by white outlines with interiors of various shades of green. The outer outline of the shape formed by the six overlapping circles has a black outline. Around the top interior of the outermost concentric circle appears the stylized white wording "MEDICINE WHEEL FARM" and along the bottom interior of the outermost concentric circle appears the stylized white wording "HUMBOLDT CO.". The color white outside the concentric circles represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
