The mark consists of a dark blue ring with white words "DENTAL NACHOS" inside the top of the ring and white words "with PAUL GOODMAN, DMD" inside the bottom of the ring; the interior of the ring is a white background; a light brown plate is in the center of the mark and extends into the left and the right sides of the ring; 18 generally triangular nacho chips of differing shades of gold are stacked on the plate; a starburst of eight light blue rays radiates upwardly within the white background from behind the nachos; a starburst of eight light blue rays radiates downwardly within the white background from the plate; and the word "SUPREME" in orange letters with white borders around each letter extends across the nachos, the plate and the ring, with the letter "S" and the beginning part of the "U" outside the left side of the ring and the letter "E" and the ending part of the "M" outside the right side of the ring, with the letters "SUP" getting smaller approaching the letter "R" and the letters "EME getting larger extending from the "R".
