Description of Mark
The mark consists of two concentric circles of contrasting colors, with the interior circle crossed by seven parallel horizontal chords, each of which becomes thicker at various distances from the vertical diameter of the interior circle, creating the impression of a geometric arc within the interior circle. The exterior circle has four parallel horizontal marks aligned with the top four chords that extend to the right of the exterior circle, with the top chord extending farther from the circle than the second (relative to the top chord), the second extending farther than the third, and the third extending farther than the fourth.
