The mark consists of a image of a brown marque with little yellow circles on the outer inside edge of the marque appearing as little light bulbs, an image of yellow Broadway lights curling horizontally across but below top and above the bottom of the marque, a dark brown image of a ribbon just under the top line of Broadway lights slanted upwards outlined with little white dots with the italicized word "Localicious!" outlined in yellow with smaller white dots centered across the brown ribbon as though dripping of yellow-orange melting ice cream from the "L", o"," first "i", and "s", a lighter brown larger and longer ribbon centered below that outlined in white dots with "JAX ICE CREAM" centered in dark brown inside the ribbon, and a much smaller and thinner light brown ribbon centered below that on the bottom of the marque on top of the yellow Broadway lights outlined in small white dots with the words "WE MAKE OUR OWN!!!" in dark brown curving around the ribbon, and dark brown and orange shading under all three of the images of ribbons as though it could be chocolate sauce dripping down a scoop of chocolate ice cream and the Broadway lights giving depth and shadow to make areas of the marque look orange in color.
