The mark consists of the top of the logo is two rectangles with a longer and thinner rectangle partially overlapping a shorter and thicker bottom rectangle. The rectangles both curve upward and have the word "Out Grind Them" in the inside curving being along the rectangle. The rectangles are connected a shaded oval that is outlined with three progressively thicker lines. In the center of the oval there is a lion wearing a chain with a money sign on it. The lion also has a stylized crown above its left ear that is tilted and not touching his head. The lion is in a laying position and below him are the letters "O.G.T.E" curving upward. At the bottom of the oval are two rectangles with a longer and thinner rectangle partially overlapping a shorter and thicker bottom rectangle. The rectangles both curve downward and have the word "ENTERTAINMENT" along the center curving downward with the bottom rectangles.
