Downloadable geographic information system (GIS) software for mobile devices and personal computing devices for use in coordinating pick-up and delivery of goods; Computer software for the arranging and scheduling of logistics services between users needing pick-up and delivery services and independent third party delivery service providers

A GIS platform as a data mapping service about points based on business logic and transportation logistics. A delivery service provided for users to log into the application and schedule a pick up and delivery of a specified item or multiple items for example we will us a hot tub. The user logs into the app and schedule the pick up of the hot tub by entering the location of the item (hot tub at address, city state and zip code). Then the application searches for service members that are signed up as a service provider with the application service to agree to pick up and deliver said item to the user / customer that initiated the request for service. A service provider, price for service and time frame for pickup and delivery is then returned to the user / customer that initiated the request. Once the user / customer has agreed to the scheduled service a hold for the agreed amount will be place on the user / customers payment method provided at sign up and linked to the user / customers account profile by the application to be disbursed to the service provider once the service has been completed minus the applicable fee's due to the application for the facilitation of the service being performed. The service providers can use a wide range of transportation vehicles from motor cycles, cars, suv, box trucks, utility vehicles, 18 wheelers, helicopters, boats or airplanes any form of transportation available now or in the future not listed here but may be available in the future. Also the user can schedule the pick up and delivery of items from participating retail or wholesale stores, individual locations, post offices, medical facilities and or any location that an item can be picked up from and delivered to. The application will communicate with all participating parties to facilitate the transition amounts along with the purchase amounts to to any retail or wholesale institutions or and institutions requiring a fee to be paid in order for the item to be removed from their inventory. The app will also provide the option for the user / customer to purchase additional insurance consistent with the value of the user / customer requested item
