The mark consists of a capital red letter "Q" with a white interior stylized six pointed medical symbol outlined in black. Inside the white interior is a snake in shades of green with a red tongue, black eyebrows, white eyes, one red spiral pupil and one black pupil, and yellow belly. The snake is wrapped in a grey straight jacket and wrapped around a light blue pole that comes to a point at the lower end. This point extends below the outline of the "Q". The pole has a rounded bulb on the top with a white spot indicating a reflective shine. After the "Q" the letters "UIRK" appear in red. All these red letters are outlined in black. The entire word "QUIRK" is also enrobed in yellow and outlined in a darker shade of yellow. Below it is the word "ALERT" in black.
