The mark consists of solid black polygon with a yellow horizontal stripe across the bottom third with the word "DESSERT" in yellow stylized script inside the black portion and the word "FACTORY" in black letters inside the yellow stripe. Above the polygon appears the word "KARNIEL" in white capital letters inside a solid blue rectangle with rounded upper left and lower right corners and upper right and lower left corners which curve to a point. The bottom of the rectangle is outlined in gold and the top of the rectangle is outlined in gold with a stylized image of a sun rising with seven yellow rays emanating from a blue orb which is the dot over the letter "I" in the word "KARNIEL".
