Description of Mark
The mark consists of a borderless sea shell shape of the periwinkle variety. The mark in detail comprises a series of similar elongated and curved talon shapes. The talon shapes are spaced apart but are otherwise nested in their curvatures. The talon shapes decrease uniformly in size and spacing as they follow a clockwise spiral/vortex path disappearing into an apparent center. The spiral begins at about 7 o'clock on the clock face.
