The mark consists of a square design outlined in black and blue with the outline of a circle depicted inside the square design. The circle is in three segments which are gray and outlined in black. The top segment has four gray stars outlined in black. Inside the center of the circle has a blue, gray, and white background with the term "SECTOR" in black above the design of a black, gray, and white building with pillars. There is a black, white, gray and blue circular emblem on two of the pillars. Beneath the building design is a circle outlined in white and black with a blue and white interior with four stars outlined in black above the letter "4" in black. To the left and right of the letter "4" are three horizontal bars in black within the black outline of two brackets. In the space between the square design and the circle design with three segments, the background is gray with blue horizontal and vertical bars and a black letter "4" in each corner with a rectangle in blue and black positioned near each letter "4". Apart from indicated herein, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
