The mark consists of a stamped black and gray zig zag design on the uppermost toe area of the shoe, outlined in black, below which appears a three-dimensional configuration of the sole of a shoe consisting of repeating stylized flower and butterfly pattern in gray with black outlining, inside of which appears the silhouette of the head, neck and hair of a woman wearing a cowboy hat, all in gray and outlined in black, with five, five-pointed stars inside a circle, all in gray and outlined in black, around which appears the wording "JUSTIN GYPSY FEATHER" in gray and outlined in black at the top of the circle, and the word "COLLECTION" in gray and outlined in black at the bottom of the circle, with a gray feather outlined in black overlapping the border of the circle on the right side; these elements are outlined by a curved black line that separates a plain gray area in the middle of the sole bordered on either side by the edge of the sole, with a black oval in the middle of this mid-section of the sole, inside of which appears another black oval with black shading, inside of which appears the word "JUSTIN". The broken lines depicting the outer shape of the sole, and zig zag designs on the uppermost and lowermost areas of the sole indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
