The mark consists of the stylized wording "Axton" in green with the right vertical stroke of the letter "A" extending down and under the letters "xton" in a semi-circle and resembling a branch with four orange leaves at the tip. On top of the green branch and under the letters "xto" is a blue dog with a cutout of a cat on the dog's chest. To the right of the branch and orange leaves is a blue flying bird. Directly under and curving with the branch is the wording "Veterinarian Partners, LLC" in the color black. All instances of the color white in the mark representd background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
