The mark consists of a grey smiling roundish chubby head with eyes and pink cheek highlights located between the eyes in the color of black and mouth in the color of black with the tongue in the color of pink, the head has two (2) oval shaped circles located on the left side of the head denoting a shiny face, the eyes are wearing sunglasses with transparent dark grey tint lenses allowing the heads eyes to be seen behind the lenses, at the bottom of the right lense of the sunglasses there is a small oval shaped black rectangle, the head wears a black beanie hat that has fifteen (15) vertical stitch lines and one (1) horizontal stitch line, there are strands of black hair hanging from under the beanie hat down the sides of the head. The bottom portion of the mark and in very small stylized font in relation to the mark is the wording "YO! CHI" in a stylized appearance.
