The mark consists of a circle, which has inside its circumference, a triangle, single point facing downwards, and the single point is very close to touching another triangle of the same size. There are two other triangles, also of the same size, single points upwards, partially overlapping the triangle, but equidistant from the triangle nearly touching the downward facing triangle. In the center each of the two equidistant triangles, there is a circle. Beneath the three triangles with the single points facing upwards are three parallel underlines. The underline just below the triangles, is the thickest, and stretches moderately close to the ends of the triangles. The next parallel underline, is a thinner and shorter. The bottom parallel underline is the shortest and thinnest.
