The mark consists of the stylized words "FLASHY FLASHY" written in magenta and red with a white outline. The words are positioned above five concentric circles where the innermost circle is colored in blue with a white outline, the next circle outwards is colored in yellow followed by a green circle followed by an orange circle and finally the outermost circle is colored in purple. The outermost circle is designed with purple splotches and purple drips to give the appearance of dripping paint. The concentric circles are positioned to overlap designs of yellow, orange, red and magenta paint spatter droplets. The paint spatter droplets overlap a blue design featuring multiple loops resembling a doily. This blue doily loop design overlaps a teal paint splatter design which is covered in white dots. The white background indicates transparent area and is not a part of the mark.
