The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of an irregularly shaped bottle that features: (i) a thick transparent horizontal layer of solid glass at the base; (ii) a body that gradually swells, from the base, outward in all directions; (iii) rounded shoulders tapering to the neck; (iv) a three-dimensional design situated on the back of the bottle (yet visible to a viewer looking at the front of the bottle) comprised of a stylized, raised capital letter "W" and a stylized, raised lower case letter "P." The horizontal lines depicted in the drawing, and placed where the neck of the bottle meets the shoulders of the bottle, are intended to convey the three dimensional features of the bottle. Applicant does not claim color as a feature of the mark. The broken lines on the drawing showing the cap are not part of the mark.
