The mark consists of a two sided semi-circle wreath with crest in the center in gold, yellow and burnt umber outlined in black. A square in tones of gold, yellow and burnt umber joins the two wreath feathers at the bottom which has two red maple leaf symbols in white on red squares in the upper left and lower right quadrants and two red maple leafs in the lower left and upper right quadrants. Within the crest, there are five elements: A vertical bar in gold running from the bottom center of the crest to the top center of the crest, flanked on each side at the top of the crest by mirror image scrolls in black. Below the scrolls on each side of the vertical bar are oval shaped buttons with the letter W on the left side and G on the right side. The inner concentric oval is gray outlined in gold at the bottom and yellow at the top and black. The Letters W and G follow the same fading pattern from bottom to top starting with gold at the bottom of the letter fading to black in the middle of the letter and ending with yellow at the top of the letter.
