The mark consists of a regularly shaped fluorescent green cross with white space (or empty space) in the shape of a Cannabis leaf invading upon it from its lower right hand corner precedes the name "PHARMAXTRACTS" which is is spelled out in capital, fluorescent green letters on two lines except the "R" in "PHARMA" and the "X" in "XTRACTS" are in red. The word "XTRACTS" appears below the word "PHARMA and the "X" in "XTRACTS" begins immediately following the "R" in "PHARMA." A fluorescent green line is underneath the "PHAR" portion of "PHARMA" extending left from the bottom tip of the "X" in "XTRACTS." The "X" is the only letter in the word "XTRACTS" which is the same font and point size as the capital letters in the word "PHARMA." The remaining capital letters in the word "XTRACTS" are about a fifth of the height of the capital letters in the word "PHARMA" and in a block font without any tails at the edges of its letters. With the exception of the "X" in "XTRACTS," the remainder of the word "XTRACTS" are of a small point size in this different point size and font. The "R" in "PHARMA" and the "X" in "XTRACTS" appear to make the "Rx" symbol generally associated with signs depicting a pharmacy. The trademark also appears in different color schemes but using the same fonts and style with the first "R" and the "X" which appear to make the "Rx" symbol generally being of a different color.
