Description of Mark
The mark consists of two lateral views of the human brain which are oriented in opposite directions. Overlaid on the left brain is a schematic of the DNA double helix, representing 'gene expression'. Overlaid on the right brain is a curve schematic of the blood-oxygen-level-dependent response measured in functional magnetic resonance imaging, representing 'neuroimaging'. The two brain images are partially overlapping, representing the intersection between genes and neuroimaging.
