The mark consists of different shades of rainbow colors such as(red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple and pink) along with gray, brown, black and white. It's the essentially the acronym- Ugly, which stands for (Under Going Life Young) The "U" has a brown cartoon face wearing a black dress hat along with a pink, dripping color right below it, followed by a red and black design that spells "school" along with a small, goofy, black and white cartoon face. There's also a gray shark fin along with different splashes of, orange, blue, and green, followed by an American flag design. The inverted "G" consists of a blue/green globe and red/black directional, compass designed followed by a small, gray cyclops face along side many colorful gumballs. The circle in the middle of the "G" consists of a pink abstract design followed by a small book, two arrows and a pair of googly eyes. There's also a computer mouse icon, a ladybug design and a small red "X" that resembles a treasure mark on a map. The "L" design resembles a totem pole with a blue viking helmet with tan horns at the top followed by a green ghost wearing a white sock on his head, and a distorted penguin on top of an eaten block of cheese -ending with a two-faced, house design right at the bottom. Finally, the "Y" design has a pair of eyes and smiling face; a thunderbolt in the middle; on top of a northern lights, aurora design.
