The mark consists of a circle that contains a light blue gradient that turns into white at the top, and the wording "SJ" in black. Underneath the wording "SJ" are horizontal lines in dark blue, underneath the "S" in "SJ" is a blue fish, that features a dark blue upper body, has black eyes, and features a white dot in the pupil, and a white sclera, the areas surrounding the mouth and lower portion of the fish in white, and the fin being gray and dark gray and featuring a small portion in white. Underneath the fish are three cuts of steak in pink that are outlined in white, and feature light yellow sides. There is a pink drumstick to the right of the cuts of meat that features a white bone. To the right of the fish and steaks, and underneath the letter "J" in "SJ" are two orange lobsters that feature brown eyes and are outlined in black, and a brown crawfish that is outlined in black and features white areas around the body of the crawfish and claws, to the right of the brown crawfish is a green crab also outlined in black, and underneath the crab are three gray fish outlined in black that feature orange and black fins, and eyes that are orange and black; the wording "FROZEN FOOD", "MEAT", "VEGGIE" , "RESTAURANT PRODUCTS" and "WHOLESALE" appear along the perimeter of the circle in black, and are separated by small black dots. The color white outside of the circle represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
