The hands are superimposed on the ovals with the area between the ovals ringed in blue in the upper left quadrant, in red in the upper right quadrant, in yellow in the lower right quadrant, and in green in the lower left quadrant. The blue and green, green and yellow, and yellow and red quadrants are each separated by a small white line. The interior of the innermost oval is light yellow.
