The mark consists of the stylized words "FAST FRANK'S" with a stylized chili pepper as the apostrophe between the "K" and the "S" in the word "Frank's", a stylized sombrero hat is placed slightly behind the words "FAST FRANK'S" with two lines across the top of the hat with four squares in the top line and one line across the bottom of the hat with sixteen squares in a row inside of it and nine triangles below the line pointing downward toward the bottom of the sombrero hat, and two stylized chili peppers are directly below the hat with top of the peppers crossed and the body of the pepper extending out from the top of the pepper, one to the left and one to the right.
