The mark consists of A five sided "shield" with the point facing downward and the flat edge facing upward. The "shield has a border around the outside edge consisting of three colors: the outtermost color from the center is black; the middle color is gold; and the innermost color is white. The back ground of the "shield" is black with four golden markings forming a diamond shape in the center. At the top of the "shield" in the center is a capitalized letter "G". Below the G is the capitalized letter "N" off center to the left with a capitalized letter "B" next to the N, off center to the right. Below the N and the B, center to the image, is a five point star at the bottom point of the "shield".
