The mark consists of two concentric circles, the outer circle being medium green at the top and bottom and fading to light green moving towards the middle of the circle, and the inner circle being light yellow, and with both circles being outlined in black. In the top portion of the outer circle is the white stylized wording "PEPPER", and in the bottom portion of the outer circle is the white stylized wording "PALACE". In the middle portion of either side of the outer circle is a stylized medium red chili pepper with a light green stem, outlined in black and with dark red shading on the pepper and dark green shading on the stem. Inside the inner circle and slightly overlapping the outer circle is a stylized smiling chili pepper representing a man. The chili pepper is medium red with a dark green stem and is outlined and accented in black, and has dark green eyebrows with black accents, white teeth with light pink gums and black accents and white shading on its bottom lip, white and gray nails, and is wearing black-rimmed sunglasses with gray accents, with horizontal lines of, from bottom to top, blue, light green, medium yellow, and medium red inside each lens of the sunglasses, and with orange and medium yellow flames outlined in black inside each lens. The left arm of the chili pepper is facing downwards, with its hand in a fist, and the right arm of the chili pepper is holding a bottle, with its bottom portion being dark red, its top portion being white with black and gray shading and accents, and with a vertical white rectangular portion outlined in black with the black stylized wording "HOT" centered in the bottom of the dark red portion.
