The mark consists of the words "First State" in white lettering on a red background appear above the word "Seres" in white lettering on a blue background. The logo is in the shape of a rectangle with the top half of the rectangle containing "First State" on the red background and the bottom of the rectangle containing "Seres" on the blue background. "First State" occupies the entire top half of the rectangle and "Seres" in located in the right half of the lower part of the rectangle. The mark is presented in the example in both black and white and in color. When presented in black and white the printed words appear in white and the colored backgrounds appear in grey and black with the upper half of the rectangle being grey and the bottom half being black.
