The mark consists of A light brown triangle is in the center of the mark. Inside of the triangle is a human eye. The white eye is outlined in black double lines with additional black lines in between the double black lines representing an eye lid. In the left corner of the eye is a red oblong shaped dot. In the right corner of the eye is a yellow eye lash with black eye lash marks extending to the right of the yellow eye lash. All of the before mentioned are inside of the triangle.The top two sides of the triangle are outlined with blue lines. At the top and to each top side of the triangle are eleven heavy black filled lines on a white background. Three of the heavy black filled lines are triangle shaped. Eight of the heavy filled lines are elongated in shape and fan outwards. Below the bottom of the triangle is the word con in bold uppercase letters that are on a black background followed by a white back ground. The letters are inscribed with black and white. Inside of each letter are grey horizontal lines.
