The mark consists of the large stylized letters "PM" and "MH" separated by a blue hyphen, the letters all have thin black borders, the letters "MH" are stylized to resemble the American flag with the top half of the each letter being blue with eight small white five pointed stars and the bottom half of the letters having alternating horizontal white and red stripes, the letters "MH" are stylized to resemble the Canadian flag with the left half of the "M" and the right half of the "H" being red and the right half of the "M" and the left half of the "H" being white with each containing half a red maple leaf design, below the letters appears the wording "PARK MODEL - MANUFACTURED HOME INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC" in smaller black letters.
