Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a caster comprised of a wheel having a center that contains an integrated housing for the caster support leg, and a caster support leg. The drawings illustrate the wheel and the shape of the integrated housing for the support leg as well as how the wheel with the integrated support leg housing at its center and the caster support leg are assembled together. The wheel with the integrated housing for the support leg that comprises the mark appears as three concentric circles, the outer wheel, the inner wheel, and the inner leg housing portion that has a raised center portion in the shape of a large "U" that corresponds to the shape of the caster support leg and which has a slot at the top of the "U" through which the caster support leg is placed. The integrated support leg housing is tapered such that it flares out at the top of the "U." The dotted lines surrounding the caster support leg and axel bolt that attaches the caster support leg to integrated housing for the support leg are not part of the mark and serve only to show the opposition or placement of the mark on the goods.
