The mark consists of a crest design with a crown at the top. The center of the crest is shaded and the term "SIURTAN" is displayed diagonally from the top-left to bottom-right of the shade portion. The letters have a shaded outline around them. At the bottom-center, on each side and at the top-right and top-left of the shaded center of the crest is a design consisting of eleven lines fanning out from a common center, with alternating lines having a shaded oval at the top of each. The fan design at the bottom- center is inside a diamond shape and the remaining fan designs are inside triangular shapes. At the bottom-left, bottom-right, upper-left and upper-right of the shaded center of the crest is a shaded diamond inside a curved line-bordered shape. At the top-center of the crest is a diamond design made up of four diamonds inset in one another. The fan designs and diamonds are located inside a shaded border around the shaded center of the crest, with a line border around the perimeter of the crest. Above the diamond design at the center-top of the crest is a circular crown design with a diamond in the middle and a circle on each side. In the center-top of the crown design is a fan design made up of three shaded triangle shapes inside a line border.
