The mark consists of A square tilted or two equilateral triangles whose bases are stacked. There is a blue banner crossing the square with white letters that reads: "Mind The Body". At both ends of the blue banner there are weights simulating a straight bar in weightlifting. On the lower triangle there is the general outline of a figure holding the aforementioned straight bar with weight over his/her head. The figure is red and the remaining space on the lower triangle is filled with the color black. On the top triangle there is the general outline of a figure doing a yoga pose: downward facing dog or Adho mukha svanasana in Sanskrit. The figure is red and the remaining space on the upper triangle is filled with the color black.
