The mark consists of a filled in circle, surrounded by another larger circle, surrounded by another larger circle drawn with a thinner line. Superimposed on the filled in circle is a pair of flip flops positioned upwards and tilted to the right, where the top section of the left flip flop leaves the filled in circle and is superimposed on top of the first surrounding circle. Superimposed on top of all 3 circles are the words "It's a Flip Flop Day" in a descending fashion, where "It's a" is on the top left corner, "Flip" is superimposed on the heel of the left flip flop and tilted upwards and to the left, "Flop" is superimposed ontop of the heel of the right flop flop, and "Day" is superimposed directly to the right of "Flop". Superimposed on the bottom portion of the two surrounding circles are the words "St. Augustine, Florida".
