Description of Mark
The mark consists of three ellipses that intersect at the their centers including a first ellipse that is tilted clockwise from vertical by approximately 10 degrees, a second ellipse that is tilted counter-clockwise from vertical by approximately 45 degrees, and a third ellipse that is tilted clockwise from vertical by approximately 50 degrees; the lines of all three ellipses are thicker at each of their vertices than along their sides; at the center of the intersecting ellipses is a dot that occupies a substantial majority of the area bounded by the centers of the three ellipses. To the right of the three intersecting ellipses is the word "BioLight" extending horizontally to the right in a Bauhaus sans-serif font, with the "B" located adjacent the right portions of the second and third ellipses, with the "B" and "L" in uppercase and the other letters in lowercase, and wherein the font height is approximately one third the height of the ellipses.
