The mark consists of a shaded green square, the square having rounded corners, with a white outline around it, with a green outline around the white outline. In the upper quadrant of the shaded square are paint blotches appearing, from left to right, as red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue, blue, dark blue, purple, dark purple, dark blue, blue, light blue, light green, yellow, and red. Below the splotches is a horizontal beige rectangle covering the width of the green shaded square, behind which some of the splotches can be seen as if they are dripping, bearing the stylized word "TEAM" in dark blue letters. In the bottom half of the shaded green square is the stylized word "PAINT" in white, shown above three large light green droplets of paint and two large blue droplets of paint. A white curved rectangle indicating light appears on the right of each of the droplets. Above and behind the word "PAINT" are very tiny butterflies in red, blue, yellow, light green, light blue, purple, and orange. The mark is shown against a white background but the white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
