The mark consists of a concentric circle design sheathed on the left and right by a laurel branch. The circle contains seven stylized cut gemstone designs, three on the left, three on the right, and one at the top of the circle. Five candles are located along the top of the circle; the middle candle is unlit, the remaining are lit. An intersecting walking cane and arrow are located behind a single line crest, which are all superimposed over the concentric circle design. The crest is divided into four quadrants, each with its own design: a lamp, a lightning bolt, two hands shaking, and three diagonally oriented stars. A banner is located above the circular design, and contains the stylized Greek letters "KAPPA PSI KAPPA". A three part banner is located below the circular design and contains the following Greek letters, "TAU PHI ETA", "ALPHA LAMBDA IOTA ALPHA" and "PSI TAU BETA".
