The mark consists of an image of the side of an animated turtle, with the following characteristics: (a) tail of the turtle on left side of the mark and head of the turtle on the right side of the mark; (b) body of the turtle is in the center of the mark and oval shaped, with straight sides and rounded corners; (c) upper 3/4 of the body is disconnected from the lower 1/4 of the body by a straight line that runs from one side of the body to the other side of the body; (d) in the lower 1/4 of the body, there is: (i) on the left side of the body a short tail, that is slightly disconnected from the body, which curves upward and is directly underneath the straight line dividing the body, and (ii) two stubby legs that are slightly disconnected from the body protrude from the bottom left and right corners of the body, at 45 degree angles outward; and (e) slightly disconnected head of the turtle on the right side of the body (with approximately 3/4 of the head level with the upper 3/4 of the body and 1/4 of the head level with the lower 1/4 of the body), and single eye ball with ring outline and pupil. The mark's colors are as follows: (a) the upper 3/4 of the oval shaped body is coffee brown with tawny orange, baby blue, flax yellow, cardinal red, and bistre brown, alternating diamond pattern (with slightly rounded tops and bottoms) going from one side of the body to the other in multiple rows; (b) the lower 1/4 of the body is solid orange (web); (c) the tail and legs are tawny orange; and (d) the head is tawny orange, with a white outlined, bistre brown eye ball with a white pupil.
