The mark consists of a stylized design of a man wearing a hat and with sunglasses hanging at his collar. The man holds on his shoulder a large sack on which appears a transparent globe design with the wording "THE CROCUS BAG FARMER" in stylized font above the globe and "REAL IS REAL" beneath. The center of the globe design is overlaid by a smaller design of two concentric circles. The outer of the concentric circles contains horizontal bands of shading and an array of wavy lines in its upper portion rising from the inner circle. The inner circle contains in its upper hemisphere two semicircles between which is a rose design. The left semicircle contains a small design of an eye. The right semicircle contains horizontal bands of shading. The lower portion of the inner circle contains an array or wavy lines suggesting roots. The foregoing elements appear within a circular border with thinner inner border. The solid square background on which the entire mark appears represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
