The mark consists of a hummingbird facing left with wings outstretched behind its body with a grey beak, a black and white eye, a blue head, a green body, a yellow chest, blue and purple wings, green tail feathers with yellow at the end of the feathers, and black lining on the tail, wings, chest, and head where the humming bird has a flower extended above and to the left where the flowers have green stems and leaves and the head of the flowers are white with black and gray shadowing and red coloring on the tip and where blue water with gray shading and black and white lining appears in the form of waves splashing just below the hummingbird and where three red, brown, gray, black and white leaves appear on the right lower portion of the waves; the white background merely represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
